
Job description
The Materials Coordinator is responsible for issuing parts to work orders in the ERP system, staging materials to transport into the clean room, and reconciling work orders to maintain accurate inventory counts. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with inventory management software, and good communication skills.
Issuing parts to work orders, staging materials, reconciling work orders, investigating inventory discrepancies, verifying material transactions, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure, and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a materials/manufacturing environment and a high school diploma or GED.
