Materials Coordinator I

Role Overview

The Materials Coordinator I is responsible for ensuring materials, tools, and inventory are available when needed to support operations. This hands-on role supports multiple teams through inventory management, logistics coordination, and operational support.

What You Will Do

Manage inventory, process shipments, and coordinate internal package distribution. Load and unload shipments, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and monitor fuel systems. Utilize COINS ERP to track trade tools and materials.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, inventory, or materials management role
• Valid Massachusetts Hoisting License (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• Strong organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with COINS ERP or similar inventory management systems (preferred)
• OSHA-10 Certification (company-supported if not current)
• DOT Medical Card (assistance provided)
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel local/regional
• Successful drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record (MVR) review
