Materials Coordinator

We are seeking a Materials Coordinator to ensure that all materials are available to fulfill jobs for our customers. The role involves communicating with various departments, compiling inventory reports, analyzing and stocking inventory, and ensuring timely packaging and shipment of stock and materials.

• Operate, handle, and lift shop equipment and tools
• Use materials, methods, and the tools involved in the machining, welding, and assembly of API 6A valves and components
• Understand engineering drawings and specifications of components, assemblies, finished products for conformance of all requirements
• Maintain equipment properly
• Determine the correct equipment and tools need to do a job correctly
• Execute mathematical and analytical skills
• Interact and coordinate work within the departments of the organization
• Navigate Microsoft Office and other computer inventory programs
• Professionally communicate, both verbal and written
• Exhibit organizational skills
• Manage time efficiently and effectively
• Work in a shop environment
• Stand, walk, sit, talk or hear, use hands to manipulate with fingers, handle or feel, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, reach with hands and arms
• Lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Work in wet or humid conditions, work near moving mechanical parts, work in high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, outdoor weather conditions, cold or hot conditions (non-weather), risk of electrical shock, minimal risk of radiation, vibrations
