Administrative Assistant-Community Corrections

The Administrative Assistant-Community Corrections position involves performing various clerical functions in assisting department personnel and the public, including answering telephone and greeting office visitors, maintaining participant files, and performing related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of department policies and procedures
• Ability to type with speed and accuracy
• Ability to provide public access to or maintain confidentiality of department information/records
• Ability to work with others in a team environment
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing
• Ability to comply with all employer/department personnel policies and work rules
