Job Description
Hamilton Families is seeking a Director of People & Culture to support employees and supervisors across the organization, develop and implement HR strategies, and contribute to the fight against homelessness.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive human resources or people & culture experience
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
- Expertise in performance management, recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, learning & development, and union/CBA management
- Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices (EEO, FMLA, FLSA)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and other HR or business software
