Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician role at Hamilton Families, working to end family homelessness in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Maintenance Technician will perform building repairs, maintenance, and upkeep, as well as assist with special preparations and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Valid Driving License
• General experience in construction, building, and maintenance trades performing building maintenance duties
• Ability to respond appropriately to emergencies or critical situations
• Demonstrated ability to exercise appropriate judgement and uphold policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills
