Job Description
Hamilton Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor responsible for supervising people, equipment, and processes within their assigned work center(s). The role involves leading by example, ensuring team safety and well-being, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Business, or related discipline from an accredited university
- Experience in a supervisory capacity or internship role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical/problem solving experience using data to drive solutions
- Demonstrated situational leadership and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Willingness to accept change and the ability to affect policy and technical changes with subordinates and peer groups
- Understanding of Lean/CI tools, 5S principles, and strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to interpret KPIs and drive corrective actions
