Job Description
Maintenance Engineer II responsible for operations and maintenance of HVAC and Utilities Distribution systems throughout the campus, including monitoring and operation of the Building Automation system.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 5 years in operations and maintenance of HVAC and Utilities Distribution systems
- Knowledge and experience with computerized building automation systems and the ability to troubleshoot system components
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
