We are looking for someone who sees communication as a system, not as a series of individual mailings. In this role at Riksbyggen, you have overall responsibility for planning, developing, and optimizing Riksbyggen's communication with existing customers based on customer journeys, data, and insights.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in customer communication with a clear focus on CRM, segmentation, and/or marketing automation
- Familiarity with thinking in customer journeys and communication flows
- Experience with Dynamics Customer Insight Journey or other marketing automation tools
- Good Swedish writing and understanding of what drives engagement
- Good knowledge of GDPR and its application in practice
