Job Description
We're looking for a Backend Engineer to design and build complex, high-performance interfaces for an analytics-heavy application used daily by technical and non-technical users.
Requirements
- US citizenship due to client base
- Approximately 4–8+ years of backend or distributed systems experience
- Strong experience in languages such as Java or Python (stack flexibility)
- Experience designing and operating APIs and service-oriented architectures in production
- Understanding of data modeling, concurrency, and performance tradeoffs in large systems
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and containerized environments
- Experience with large-scale data processing, ETL pipelines, or analytics systems
- Experience with Kubernetes, distributed systems, or event-driven architectures
