Job Description
Hampton North is hiring a Sr ML Engineer to build and ship production ML systems that directly shape user experience, working closely with product, data, and engineering to design, deploy, and continuously improve ML-driven features used daily by a large user base.
Requirements
- ~5+ years building and shipping production ML systems
- Experience in one or more: recommendation/ranking systems, NLP, computer vision, or multimodal ML
- Strong Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, etc.)
- Experience with model deployment, monitoring, and experimentation workflows
- Familiarity with large-scale data pipelines and distributed systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Kafka, Spark)
- Solid software engineering fundamentals and ability to communicate across technical and non-technical teams
