Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our healthcare team, providing high-quality care and fostering a compassionate environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a nursing supervisory role and knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), or RN Manager
- 3-5 years of experience in a nursing supervisory role, providing direct care to multiple residents, with Long Term Care (LTC) experience being ideal
- Graduate of an approved RN program
- Knowledgeable in nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertinent to long-term care
