MDS RN

We are seeking a Full-Time Minimum Data Set Nurse (MDS-RN) to join our healthcare team. As the MDS-RN, you will aid in conducting and coordinating the development, completion, and transmission of the resident assessment in accordance with state requirements and facility policies.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of MDS experience
• Nursing degree from an accredited college
• Current and unencumbered RN license in the state
• Knowledge of clinical standards of practice, regulations, and reimbursement governing long-term care and Medicare participation
