Field Roof Inspector - (Bangor, Maine)

Hancock Claims Consultants seeks an independent contractor Field Roof Inspector to conduct assessments on steep and high roofs, evaluate damage, and perform underwriting property inspections. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• Ability to safely navigate and inspect any type of roof, specifically steep and high roofs
• Technical ability to complete inspections in varied weather conditions
• Professionalism
• Detail Oriented
• Strong customer service skills
• Empathy when dealing with insureds
• An entrepreneurial spirit
• Reliable Truck, Van or SUV with a 32' ladder
• Lidar equip device or the ability to obtain one
• Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office applications
• HAAG Certification
