Job Description
The Special Credit Portfolio Manager 3 independently manages a portfolio of complex criticized loan relationships and provides advanced underwriting, monitoring, and workout support within Special Credits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of credit analysis, underwriting, or workout experience with progressively increasing responsibility
- Demonstrated experience underwriting moderately complex to complex criticized or distressed commercial relationships
- Strong understanding of commercial lending, legal documentation, financial analysis, and regulatory expectations
- Advanced ability to interpret financial statements, cash-flow performance, and collateral structures
- Strong ability to present complex analyses and recommendations
- Strong problem-solving and risk assessment skills
