Contrôleur Financier Siège et Associations nationales (H/F/X) - Lyon

As a Financial Controller, you will ensure the financial management, budget control and internal control of your perimeter, in line with local standards and the HI financial reference framework. You will provide operational support to the Management, the teams within your perimeter and the governance bodies, while contributing to cross-functional missions for the federal network.

Requirements

• A strong background in financial management, accounting, and control.
• An excellent mastery of Excel and Windows tools.
• Proficiency in HI's internal business software, including Navision and the Contract Financing module.
• Autonomy, rigor, and a strong organizational capacity.
• The ability to analyze situations, propose improvements, and orient your actions towards solutions.
• Ease of communication and the ability to work in a multicultural environment in French and English.
• Adherence to HI's values: humanism, inclusion, commitment, integrity, respect, benevolence, and solidarity.
