Humanitarian Access & Security Manager - Syria

Humanitarian Access & Security Manager - Syria, responsible for developing and implementing security strategies, managing access to vulnerable populations, and representing HI externally. Reports to the Programme Director.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in Security and Access
• At least 2 years of experience in management of security and access operations spread across multiple bases
• Strong team management and organizational skills
• High level of autonomy and initiative
• Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
• Fluency in oral and written English
• Arabic skills are a strong asset
• Solid experience in the Middle East is a definitive asset
