Job Description
Hands-On Healthcare is seeking a Care Assistant to work with vulnerable individuals in a residential service. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of paid experience in the UK as a care assistant, excellent communication skills, and a clear Enhanced DBS.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years paid experience in the UK working as a care assistant
- Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
- Have the right to work in the UK and a National insurance number
- Have evidence of mandatory training certificates in date within the last 12 months (or willing to undergo training)
- Must have a clear Enhanced DBS that is registered online
- Be able to provide 2 professional care references covering 3 years
- Must have an up to date CV with no gaps
- Confident character with good energy
