We are seeking a motivated undergraduate intern to support our Sales Operations team by identifying opportunities to reduce manual, repetitive work within sales-related roles through better use of technology.
Requirements
- Shadow a designated sales-related role (e.g., Inside Sales, Field Sales, or Sales Support) to understand daily workflows and tasks
- Document current-state processes, focusing on repetitive, manual, or errorâprone activities
- Identify and prioritize process pain points based on time, frequency, and business impact
- Research existing internal tools (e.g., CRM, Microsoft tools) and external technologies that could support process improvement
- Evaluate potential solutions at a high level, including: Fit for the identified task or process Ease of adoption Estimated cost (where applicable) Expected qualitative or directional quantitative benefits
- Summarize findings and recommendations in clear, professional documentation
- Present final recommendations to Sales Operations leadership at the end of the internship
