Content Author responsible for integrating modules, implementing configurations, and creating content for web applications/websites.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information and communications technology (ICT) or related field
- Proven experience in using Service management systems such as HPSAW, JIRA, ServiceNow
- Proven ability to follow practices and processes to ensure high-quality support services to the clients
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
- 1+ year of experience in IT or IS field
