Job Description
To strengthen the team in the Dean's Office for Academic Career Development, a Secretariat/Management position is available. The role will support the Dean and the postgraduate programmes in administrative matters.
Requirements
- Completed training or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication skills, flexible and service-oriented
- Safe handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SAP
- Very good knowledge of German and good English skills in speech and writing
- Accurate and responsible working style, precise documentation
