Engineering Airframe Lead

We're partnering with an innovative aerospace engineering organization seeking a Engineering Airframe Lead to lead the design, development, and integration of a next-generation flight vehicle.

Requirements

• Lead a team of mechanical and manufacturing engineers responsible for airframe design and development
• Oversee structural design activities, including trade studies, layouts, and subsystem integration
• Make key technical decisions for the structures subsystem throughout the development lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with program leadership, chief engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives are met
• Manage and mentor a small team, conducting regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
