HCM Compensation Analyst needed for 9-month contract position with a large organization undergoing HR systems transformation. Partner with HR, IT, and implementation teams to design, build, and implement compensation-related functionality within a new cloud-based HCM environment.
Requirements
- 3β5+ years of relevant compensation experience
- Experience supporting annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and incentive planning
- Hands-on experience implementing enterprise HR systems, preferably Decusoft or a similar platform
- Strong analytical skills with experience supporting compensation tool implementation, data validation, issue resolution, and solution design
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and technical documentation
- Experience producing business requirements documents, functional requirements documents, process maps, test plans, and implementation documentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, and SharePoint
