Job Description
Develop training programs and materials for an advanced energy demonstration project as a Mechanical Maintenance Developer/Instructor. Collaborate across departments and external organizations to ensure alignment and effectiveness of the training program.
Requirements
- 2 years of commercial power plant experience in a mechanical maintenance discipline
- Equivalent military experience of 4 years or more
- Mastery of skills and extensive subject matter knowledge in the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and proposed modification of Maintenance & Technical (M&T) training programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent technical writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to training excellence
- High level of trust and integrity, with the ability to communicate openly and foster a respectful, team-oriented environment
