Job Description
Hansen is seeking a Director of Product and Platform Strategy to lead the development of our award-winning suite, shaping the strategic framework for our platform and product development, and ensuring technological leadership and scalability.
Requirements
- Analyze, shape, scale — turn vision into platform excellence
- Define and control the long-term product and platform strategy
- Be responsible for initiatives throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Prioritize features and product measures in close consultation with business stakeholders
- Translate regulatory requirements and market changes in the energy sector into clear, strategic product measures
- Ensure a high-performance, robust, and future-proof platform architecture
- Promote innovation, new technologies, and automation approaches within product development
- Ensure excellent product quality and continuous improvement of the user experience
- Manage product-related KPIs and make informed decisions based on clean data
- Lead and develop teams for customer-specific product solutions and platform integration
