Job Description
Hansen Technologies is seeking a Platform Engineering Lead to develop our technical platform, engineering practices, and internal DevOps culture. The role involves leading the transition from a classical DevOps approach to a modern, product-oriented Platform Engineering team, enabling engineering teams through clear standards, automated workflows, and a platform that increases reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience in SaaS environments with public cloud
- Deep expertise in platform engineering, DevOps, and automation
- Strong system thinking and understanding of the interaction between application, infrastructure, security, and developer workflows
- High competence in stakeholder management and technical communication
- Experience in building and coaching high-performing engineering teams
