Requirements
- Proven Senior Account Management or other relevant client leadership experience
- Strong leadership, operational, and commercial capabilities with P&L accountability experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels
- A track record of managing a portfolio of accounts with a focus on exceptional performance and high levels of retention
- Deep understanding of the EMEA telecoms and media landscape and key market drivers
- Willingness to travel across EMEA
- Language skills: native or fluent English is essential, whilst other languages are highly beneficial, especially French
