HANSEN Technologies is a global leader in industrial refrigeration systems, seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist to drive excellence in daily operations and advance long-term process optimization. The ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of experience in manufacturing, purchasing, planning, or supply chain, with strong experience with ERP/MRP systems and analytical skills.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in manufacturing, purchasing, planning, or supply chain
- Strong experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Epicor, Oracle, etc.)
- Solid understanding of inventory planning (min/max, reorder points, service levels)
- Proven ability to negotiate and drive cost savings
- Experience improving inventory performance and supply reliability
- Strong analytical skills (Excel proficiency required)
- Ability to communicate clearly and work cross-functionally
