- Follow Hanwha Philly Shipyard safety procedures and rules
- Knowledge and proficiency of heavy shipyard construction welding in all positions
- Welding process includes FCAW, SMAC, SAW, EGW, Automated Welding Processes, and Stainless Steel Fillet Welding
- Knowledge, understanding, and demonstration of interpreting approved WPS set forth at Hanwha Philly Shipyard
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Perform internal quality checks of own work performance to assure quality standards are achieved daily
