Job Description
HappyCo is hiring a Senior Engineer, Platform to help scale the foundational systems that power our products and integrations. The position focuses on improving the reliability, performance, and extensibility of the platform while accelerating delivery of roadmap-critical initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong experience building platform services, APIs, or infrastructure systems
- Experience improving system reliability, observability, and performance
- Demonstrated experience working on distributed systems or complex backend platforms
- Strong collaboration skills working across engineering and product teams
