Chief of Staff - Europe

We are looking for a highly driven Chief of Staff in Europe to support our leadership team during a pivotal stage of growth at HappyRobot. In this role, you will act as a strategic right hand to the leadership team, driving high-priority initiatives, optimizing cross-functional execution, and ensuring operational excellence.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth startup in a strategic/operational role.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High EQ and ability to influence without authority across senior teams.
• Comfort in ambiguity with a bias for action and ownership.
• Experience working in or with European markets.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
