Deployment Strategist

As a Deployment Strategist at HappyRobot, your mission is to connect the dots between user needs, data insights, and product capabilities to help customers unlock value. You will partner with customers, collaborate with engineers, and shape how HappyRobot's technology is applied to their critical challenges.

Requirements

• Partner with customers to understand their workflows, goals, and pain points
• Collaborate with Forward Deployment Engineers to scope, prototype, and deliver solutions
• Identify and interpret key datasets to integrate into robust, scalable pipelines
• Design and refine user workflows to solve meaningful problems and scale across teams and functions
• Lead training and onboarding sessions to ensure new users are set up for success
• Present findings and strategy to stakeholders at all levels
• Drive customer expansion by scoping new use cases and shaping how we grow our footprint within organizations
