HappyRobot is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth with strategic enterprise clients in Germany. The ideal candidate will own key enterprise accounts, develop long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, and execute complex deals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise sales or account leadership within Germany, ideally in SaaS or AI-driven technology.
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding enterprise sales targets in large ACV deals.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in German and English.
- Deep understanding of the German enterprise market, business culture, and buying processes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
