Job Description
HappyRobot is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its growing business with a focus on intellectual property and commercial agreements. The role will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, advising internal stakeholders on commercial and intellectual property matters, and supporting the company's intellectual property strategy.
Requirements
- Admitted to and in good standing with the bar of at least one EU country
- 6+ years of relevant legal experience
- Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating SaaS agreements, MSAs, enterprise agreements, NDAs, DPAs, Order Forms and other commercial contracts
- Solid understanding of EU data privacy laws and regulations
- Experience handling intellectual property matters
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to balance legal risk with business priorities
