Job Description
Harbinger is seeking a Battery Build Technician (Contract) to join their Battery Manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play an active role in producing battery modules and packs for the Vehicle Build Program.
Requirements
- Build prototype sample battery modules and packs
- Train next wave of Battery Production Associates
- Set up work instructions and quality points on battery production process
- Work closely with Production and Design team to identify and eliminate throughput and quality related issues
- Maintain strict confidentiality and establish trust and credibility
- Ability to create and follow instructions to build complex assemblies with precision
