Corporate Counsel

Harbinger is seeking a mid-level associate or junior in-house counsel to partner directly with a General Counsel and help develop the corporate and securities function of a hyper-growth automotive manufacturer.

Requirements

• J.D. from a top-tier accredited law school
• Active Bar admission in California (or ability to register immediately as Registered In-House Counsel)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, primarily in Corporate, M&A, and Securities
• Strong familiarity with corporate governance, venture capital financing, M&A deal structures, commercial contracts, and the basics of SEC reporting/public company governance
