Job Description
Harbinger is seeking a Director, IT Systems to lead the development and operation of the company's information technology infrastructure, systems, and security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT leadership, cybersecurity, and cloud services, with experience in a manufacturing or high-growth technology company. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of IT strategy, data management, and security frameworks, as well as exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of IT, IT Director)
- Proven experience in a manufacturing, automotive, or high-growth technology company is essential
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
