Job Description
As a Field Quality Engineer at Harbinger Motors, you will be responsible for monitoring quality, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing reliability growth plans to ensure uptime and durability of electric vehicles. You will work closely with service, engineering, and manufacturing teams to close the loop on root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 3-10 years of experience in Field Quality, Reliability Engineering, or a highly technical Service Engineering role within the EV or automotive space
- Strong proficiency in data management tools (SQL, Python, or specialized BI platforms)
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools (Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, CANalyzer/CANoe)
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
