Internal Audit Manager

Harbinger is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to build and lead their internal audit function. The role will involve strengthening internal controls, improving operational efficiency, and supporting audit readiness as the company scales.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 6–10+ years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or a combination (Big 4 experience strongly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit methodologies
• Experience in a manufacturing, automotive, or hardware environment preferred
