Sr. Reliability Test Engineer (Hardware)

Harbinger is an American commercial electric vehicle (EV) company seeking a Sr. Reliability Test Engineer (Hardware) with 5+ years of experience in reliability metrics and calculations. The successful candidate will develop reliability test profiles, lead test execution, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in either Engineering or Material Science
• 5+ years of industry experience in the field of reliability
• Experience with performing reliability calculations and developing test profiles
• Experience with hands-on testing of either PCBAs, battery, or thermal systems
• Experience with coding languages and applications for data analysis, such as Python or Matlab
• Good technical writing skills for documenting test reports
