Requirements
- Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role is preferred
- A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is an advantage
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality care
- Must have working rights in the UK
