(APP) Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - San Antonio

Harbor Health is seeking a team-oriented Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our multi-specialty clinic group in San Antonio. As a clinical leader, you will provide effective services to our members while demonstrating safe clinical decision-making and expert care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program and certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) or Nurse Practitioner Program and certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners
• Current licensure as a PA/NP to practice in the State of Texas
• Licensed and certified to practice in Family Medicine
• Current DEA and CPR certification
• Valid Texas Driver's License
