Job Description
Medical Assistants (MAs) will perform work central to ensure clinic operations run smoothly, collaborating with clinical team to execute care tasks, delivering care in accordance with members' care plans, and completing opening and closing tasks each day.
Requirements
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Certified Medical Assistant or the ability to renew/apply to be certified
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care or similar clinical exposure
- CPR Certification
- Computer skills with the ability to enter information in the E.H.R. system and compile reports or data as requested
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with persons from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, education, racial, ethnic, and professional backgrounds
