PRN Float Medical Assistant - Dallas Area

Harbor Health is seeking a PRN Medical Assistant to support clinical operations in the Dallas area. This flexible role provides clinical and administrative support, ensuring smooth clinic operations and exceptional member experiences.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
• Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• 1+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting
• Demonstrated phlebotomy experience with proficiency in venipuncture techniques
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems
• Strong clinical skills including vital signs, injections, and phlebotomy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varying clinic needs
• Flexibility to work different shifts and locations as needed
