Job Description
Harbor Health is seeking a PRN Medical Assistant to support our Dallas clinical operations on an as-needed basis, providing essential clinical and administrative support to our healthcare teams.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- 1+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting
- Demonstrated phlebotomy experience with proficiency in venipuncture techniques
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems
- Strong clinical skills including vital signs, injections, and phlebotomy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to varying clinic needs
- Flexibility to work different shifts and locations as needed
- Professional demeanor and commitment to member-centered care
