Job Description
Harbor Health is seeking a Product Manager, Benefits to help design and build the foundation of its next-generation health plan. This role involves shaping benefit design, claims logic, and member cost experiences from the ground up.
Requirements
- Own the product definition and ongoing evolution of Harbor's benefit structures
- Translate benefit design decisions into detailed product requirements across the benefits stack
- Work with Compliance and Legal to ensure benefit product build meet regulatory requirements across markets
