Licensed Practical Nurse Part -Time
1 year of nursing experience and LPN/LVN degree

High school education, 1-3 years experience in senior care, good communication skills, and passion for working with seniors
Copy of CARE PARTNER Weekends only
High school education, 1-3 years experience in senior care, ability to communicate effectively
Medication Assistant
High school diploma, state specific training, and at least 1 year of experience required
Life Enrichment Coordinator
High school diploma, 1-year experience in a social or recreational program, knowledge of Alzheimer’s Dementia
