Licensed Practical Nurse

Provides direct and individual nursing care to assigned residents, ensures quality and safe delivery of health services, and maintains compliance with regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited LPN/LVN program and registered in the state of the community
• Valid Continuing Education credits as required by the state of the community
• Training in Alzheimer and Dementia with focus on Validation Therapy
• 1 year of nursing experience in a health care facility
• Experience in a long term care community and/or geriatric nursing facility (preferred)
