Process Safety Specialist (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Process Safety Specialist to implement Harbour Energy's process safety philosophy and principles in operational assets, promote performance and continuous improvement in process safety management, and provide expert input for risk assessments.

Requirements

• Completed studies in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience with a technical vocational education
• Experience as a Process/Technical Safety Engineer in the oil and gas industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of bow-tie models, process safety barriers, safety cases, performance standards, and quantitative risk analyses (QRAs)
• International experience in different geographic environments is an advantage
• Self-contained, flexible work style, and adaptability to changing requirements
• Outstanding communication and relationship skills at all levels
• Willingness to undertake multi-day business trips
• Willingness and prerequisite to navigate the facilities in Dieksand and on Mittelplate (including offshore capability and offshore survival training)
• Fluent German, safe English in word and writing
