Job Description
Harbour Energy is seeking a Regulatory Lead Kan to ensure effective regulatory management of the Kan Project, securing compliance with SENER, ASEA, and other authorities. The role requires a strong understanding of Mexican energy and hydrocarbons regulation, and E&P contractual frameworks.
Requirements
- Ensure effective regulatory management of the Kan Project
- Secure compliance with SENER, ASEA, and other authorities
- Obtain critical permits and authorizations for operations
- Lead the regulatory strategy for the Kan project
- Align regulatory strategy with business objectives and contractual commitments
- Identify regulatory risks and propose mitigation plans
- Develop and implement a management plan for Harbour Energy
- Prepare and submit applications to secure operating permits and authorizations
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports required by E&P granting instruments and the applicable regulations
- Monitor regulatory changes impacting operations and recommend adjustments
- Act in full alignment with the company's Ethics and Compliance framework
